Sam Haining FCCA – director
Sam, together with Jamie, took over the running of PJC Accounting Services in May 2026 and brings a wealth of experience to the firm. Having previously worked at a well-respected local practice, he is highly knowledgeable across all aspects of accountancy and taxation.
With over 30 years of experience in the profession, Sam has built a strong reputation for delivering reliable, practical financial advice. Throughout his career, he has worked extensively with small to medium-sized businesses across a wide range of industries, supporting them with everything from compliance and reporting to day-to-day financial management and growth planning.
He has also worked closely with larger businesses, giving him a broad perspective and the ability to offer clear, practical advice that businesses can rely on.
Known for his personable and approachable style, Sam takes pride in building strong, lasting relationships with his clients, offering clear guidance and tailored solutions that make a real difference.
Outside of the office, Sam is a devoted parent to three children and enjoys spending time with his family. He is also actively involved in his daughter’s football team, often found running the line (if that counts!) and, when time allows, enjoys getting stuck into DIY projects and taking on new challenges at home.
Jamie Luxford FCCA – director
Jamie, together with Sam, took over the running of PJC Accounting Services in May 2026 and brings a wealth of experience to the firm. Having worked alongside Sam at the same well respected local practice for over 13 years, he is highly knowledgeable across all aspects of accountancy and taxation.
Throughout his career, Jamie has worked extensively with small to medium-sized businesses across a wide range of industries, supporting them with everything from compliance and reporting to day to day financial management and growth planning.
Known for his approachable and reliable style, Jamie takes pride in building strong, lasting relationships with his clients, offering clear guidance and tailored solutions that make a real difference.
Outside of the office, Jamie is a devoted father to his son and enjoys being actively involved in all of his activities, making the most of their time together. He is also currently training for a marathon, showing dedication and commitment both in and out of work.
Fran Lewis
Fran is Practice Manager at PJC Accounting Services and plays a central role in the smooth running of the firm, overseeing administration, compliance, and company secretarial matters. With many years of experience in the legal sector, she brings a wealth of knowledge and a highly organised approach to her role.
Fran works closely with clients across a wide range of areas, including ICO requirements, contracts and agreements, company formations, and filings with Companies House, ensuring everything is handled efficiently and in line with current regulations.
She has also been invaluable in supporting the recent change of ownership, helping to ensure a smooth and seamless transition for both the team and clients.
Known for her approachable and supportive nature, Fran is a key point of contact within the firm and takes pride in ensuring both clients and colleagues are well looked after.
Outside of the office, Fran is actively involved in several local community groups and can often be found on the touchline supporting matches at Wareham Rangers FC.
Judy Cossey
Judy is an experienced bookkeeper who joined the firm several years ago and plays an important role in supporting both clients and the wider team.
She has worked across a variety of industries, including automotive, music, and e-learning, giving her a broad and well-rounded understanding of different business needs.
Judy works closely with a number of medium and larger companies, as well as new clients joining the firm, helping them keep their records accurate and up to date. She is known for her practical, hands-on approach and is more than happy to get stuck in, whether that’s managing ongoing bookkeeping or bringing order to bags of receipts and invoices.
