A partnership has different financial implications than a sole trader, therefore it is vital you have a good accountant on board and that is where PJC Accounting Services can help you. We offer a free initial consultation to discuss how we can help and work with you.
Accounting for Partnerships
To help your partnership, we can do your bookkeeping so you can concentrate on your business. If you would like to keep your bookkeeping in-house, we offer a bookkeeping health-check to help you set up or check your bookkeeping system; this can help save time at Year End when producing the Partnership Accounts. We can discuss VAT issues and the advantages and disadvantages of registering for VAT. We can also act as your agent for filing your VAT returns online.
When your business gets to the stage of employing staff we can discuss the issues, register you with HMRC as an employer and run your payroll through our Payroll Bureau.
At the end of your financial year we can take your financial information which will help us produce your final accounts and then discuss these with you. Partners will need the information contained in the final accountants in order to complete their own individual annual tax returns. PJC Accounting can of course complete these for Partners and file them with the HMRC.
